If the mountains are what you crave, I now offer a new 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bath house in the Chinquapin community in Cashiers, North Carolina.
EXPERIENCES
Dee Dee was a great host and the place was INCREDIBLE. It was a beautiful and spacious home and the area was not only right in the middle of nature but had plenty of amenities like disc golf and put put. We walked to some nearby falls and had one of the best meals ever at "The Orchard ". We can't wait to come back!
Dee Dee is a fantastic host, very responsive and offered a number of ideas about activites and events. The home was absolutely fantastic and a great value. It was our first visit to the area and it definitely did not disappoint. The home is centrally located and close to a number of hiking trails. As it is in the mountains, the roads are a little windy but that brings great views and beautiful views. I would highly recommend this location and especially the host.
House is great, it's new and extremely clean! We would not hesitate to rent again. If you like moutain weather and access to great family activities this is the place for you!

Absolutely perfect! Dee Dee’s home is beautiful, immaculate and in an amazing location directly across from The Hub/Big Chill. Communication was great and check-in was a breeze. Comfy beds, hot showers (with amazing water pressure - just something I appreciate 😄), and an overall excellent experience. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay! Dee Dee was communicative and helped us resolve an emergency issue upon check in. The unit was gorgeous and the property as a whole was fantastic!
The house is absolutely beautiful! Location is top notch and what you pay for. The listing is for 8 but I would say it’s better suited for a party of 6. Recommendations would be to add more kitchen utensils to avoid having to run the dishwasher so much and bring extra trash bags. Not all bikes could be utilized and didn’t have their own lock so would add those updates for the best rental experience. Built in fans would only add to a better experience versus providing a plug in one. Overall house was incredible and would rent again!
Dee Dee’s place was comfortable and beautiful. The beach is about a block away, not to bad of a walk. There is a convenience store within walking distance. The facilities at the complex were very nice. I recommend this rental and would stay again!

The place is great and well kept. The walk to the beach isn’t to bad it took us about 10-15 minutes to get there. There are a lot of shops in the vicinity!
This condo was nicely done with upgraded furnishings and decor that really highlighted attention to detail. We can't say enough about the setup at Kiva Dunes. First time to Gulf Shores after all these years and plan to go back to stay here. DeeDee was great to deal with, very accommodating and an excellent host!
