Situated on the highest point of the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau, this newly built custom home is located in Chinquapin an exclusive high-end mountain preserve immersed in nature. Chinquapin was recently featured in the Wall Street Journal in an article entitled: "Summer Camp For Grown Ups" highlighting the dynamic, amenity-rich outdoor living experience families enjoy when visiting Chinquapin. The amenities include numerous hiking trails with some leading to beautiful waterfalls, fishing ponds, fire pits, pickleball courts, driving range, playground, Putt-Putt golf, archery range, batting cage, frisbee golf, basketball courts and a fitness room at the clubhouse. If that isn't enough to keep you busy Cashiers is only 15 minutes away with unique boutiques, seasonal festivals and local restaurants. Saphire Valley for snow skiing is also 15 minutes away.

This custom home features 3 master bedrooms with king sized beds and custom ensuites, one being outside the main house above the garage. There is also a bunkroom with custom built bunkbeds sleeping 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and island with seating. There are two living areas with smart TV's to stream your favorite movie and wet bar downstairs. The upstairs living area has a gas starting fireplace. The deck has an outdoor fireplace, seating, dining table and gas grill. The downstairs patio has a hot tub and corn hole. This luxurious home is located in the Nature's Walk area of Chinquapin close to the Clubhouse and most amenities.

Cancellations prior to 30 days before check-in are refundable less the credit card transaction fee. Cancellations 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended.

Booking Policy

Half of the rent is due upon booking. The remainder will be charged on the original credit card provided 30 days before arrival. If your stay is within 30 days the full amount will be charged upon booking. Property Damage Insurance will be purchased and the fee is $9 per day. There is a $100 deductible for which your credit card will be authorized for. No charge will appear on your card unless prior to stay there is damage.

Dee Dee was a great host and the place was INCREDIBLE. It was a beautiful and spacious home and the area was not only right in the middle of nature but had plenty of amenities like disc golf and put put. We walked to some nearby falls and had one of the best meals ever at "The Orchard ". We can't wait to come back!

Dee Dee is a fantastic host, very responsive and offered a number of ideas about activites and events. The home was absolutely fantastic and a great value. It was our first visit to the area and it definitely did not disappoint. The home is centrally located and close to a number of hiking trails. As it is in the mountains, the roads are a little windy but that brings great views and beautiful views. I would highly recommend this location and especially the host.
